Global Broadcasting LLC:

Is a broadcasting company in the United States. Global is a Delaware corporation based in San Francisco, California and Providence, Rhode Island and was founded by Kevin O'Brien and Robinson Ewert. Founded in early 2007, Global currently owns WLNE-TV, the ABC affiliate in Providence. This is the company's first television station, purchased from Irvine, California-based Freedom Communications in 2007, who previously owned WLNE since 1983. The owners of Global Broadcasting plan to expand into other regions of the country.

Landmark Media Enterprises LLC:

Is a privately held media company headquartered in Norfolk, Virginia and specializing in cable television, broadcast television, print publishing and Internet publishing. In addition to publishing, it has subsidiaries in what Landmark characterizes as "emerging businesses" that include database marketing, career education and trade shows.

Desert Television LLC:

Owns and operates KPSP-TV, the CBS affiliate in Palm Springs, California.
